My real estate advertising and consulting expertise come from various sources and diligent research.
I have gained over 10 years experience in previous roles within real estate:
- in print at The Sydney Morning Herald and The Age
- online at domain.com.au, realestate.com.au and REIV.
I have a thorough understanding of real estate advertising, the sales process, property management, advertising schedules, CRM and database products, sales data and trust accounting.
I specialise in brand awareness, social media, new technologies, training, online media and advertising, lead generation across sales and rentals, rapid rent roll building, increasing number of properties listed and sold per annum.
My goal is to integrate new technologies and advertising media into real estate practices as easily as possible.
Whether it is social media or database management, I understand that if it’s not easy – it won’t get used.
I feel that streamlining everything and providing fail proof processes/training on how to use new products and media efficiently is the best way forward.
Working exclusively with only one Agent per area, I ensure that my clients stay at the forefront of an ever changing Industry and their competition.
